Awana - Children ages 2 - grade 6 meet Wednesday evenings at 6:15 pm to memorize God’s Word, hear a Bible message, and play games. Program runs from September - May and meets in the church gymnasium and educational classrooms. Contact Lori Thomas for more info.

Jr. Church - Children in Kindergarten through grade 3 can join us during the sermon time at the Contemporary Service to learn about God through fun activities.

Sunday School - Sunday school students in preschool through grade 6 are using an exciting new hands-on curriculum from Group Publishing called Buzz. Students experience the power of God's Word in their life in many ways. Just as God has blessed each of us with different gifts, He has also blessed us with different kind of "smarts" to serve His Kingdom. Students use "word smarts" to discuss, read and write, listen and debate. Using "picture smarts" they sculpt, draw or make a craft. Singing, creating songs, and learning rhymes appeals to those who are "music smart." Studens flex their "logic smarts" solving problems and thinking abstractly. Playing physical games and acting allows those students who are "body smart" to shine, while interactive games allow their "people smart" side to shine. Comparing things to nature works for kids who are "nature smart" and reflecting and sharing feelings lets them use "self smart" skills. Buzz makes Sunday school fun for kids because they experience Bible truths in ways they enjoy and understand. Buzz is more than a written lesson -- it's an interactive experience! Kids learn in whatever way fits their style -- whether that's reading, acting, drawing, listening, singing, playing a game, and more.
